Greg is a seasoned real estate campaigner having commenced his career in 1986 at Modbury in Adelaide’s north-eastern suburbs.
In 2001 Greg took up a sales position with Delfin during the embryonic stages of the Mawson Lakes development before going into partnership in his own real estate business in 2007.
Since the early days of Mawson Lakes, Greg has witness the phenomenal growth of the suburb. Greg’s 3 children (now adults) were all educated at Endeavour College Mawson Lakes, the eldest, Lauren has a Batchelor in Business (Property) and works in a global firm based in Melbourne, whilst son Ryan works in the family real estate business so real estate is in their blood.
Having negotiated over 1,000 property sales, 100’s of those being in Mawson Lakes, Greg’s experience is unrivalled in the Adelaide property market.
Greg has many repeat clients and a large referral base. Greg doesn’t need to provide unrealistic market expectations, in other words over price to secure business. Honesty has always been and always will be the best policy, sometimes it can cost you the business, but at least you can sleep at night and be happier to bump into past clients and chat with them whilst eating, working and playing in Mawson Lakes.
There are always plenty of other agents out there that will tell people what they want to hear and at the same time charging $1,000’s in marketing in order to promote their own brand in the print media, leaving property owners with a big bill and no sale.
